Role Description

The Dream Creators is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for its Patiala office, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and generating leads, developing sales strategies and plans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely project delivery. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and develop advertising, marketing concepts, and public relations opportunities.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role or similar role
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 Strong negotiation and organizational skills
 Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term business relationships
 Familiarity with web technologies such as Core PHP, Wordpress, Joomla, and OS-Commerce
. Familiarity with software development in C#.net
 Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
 Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking
 Understanding of market research and sales strategies
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, sales, or related field,
