- Key Responsibilities
Ability to do sales preferably to BFSI /Banking segment
Account management & acquire new businesses in the assigned geography and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets set for the region
Flair of achieving objectives through effective planning by analysing data
Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and understand requirements.
Responsible for growing business and pitching B2B Data-related solutions
Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets
Authoritative business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations- Complete Ownership of assigned accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of final service offering
Partner effectively with internal and external teams to build synergy in product offerings and customer approach
Ensures highest levels of controls and. compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets
Maintains and reports accurate business updates for management review
Managing Channel Sales
Sales Co-ordination
Work closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Always ensures process adherence and error free timely delivery of projects.
Ensures optimum utilization of available resources

Works under the direct supervision of the Business Head.

Key Requirements
MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 3-4 years in Corporate/B2B sales New Client Acquisition role
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
Create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
Highly customer-focused and result-oriented
Strong virtual team worker with the willingness to travel within the region.
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights Should have a research-based approach to understand Client's needs and pitch solutions accordingly
