We publish industry-leading magazines such as Inner Secrets and operate popular trade shows and exhibitions including INTIMASIA and Source NXT. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Managers to drive business development and revenue growth for our publications and events. Job Overview: As the Media Sales Executive at Peppermint Communications, you will play a critical role in driving advertising sales and business development initiatives for our magazines and events. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities across our media platforms. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients in the lingerie, comfortwear, and sportswear sectors, including brands, manufacturers, retailers, and advertisers. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for magazines, blogs, and trade shows. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their advertising and marketing needs. Understand clients" objectives and challenges and propose customized advertising solutions to meet their goals. Sales Pitch and Presentation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of advertising in our magazines and participation in our events. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure advertising bookings and event sponsorships. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential sales opportunities. Stay informed about market developments, industry news, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and pitches. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including editorial, marketing, and events, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress against sales targets and identifying areas for improvement or optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development, preferably in the publishing or events industry. Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients,
