Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day customer support tasks such as addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles
Customer Service Management skills
Ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team
Effective problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the exhibition industry and proficiency in a foreign language.,
