Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mahabell Industries. This is a mid-level, full-time position based at our Tumakuru facility. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our product lines.

Qualifications And Skills
 Quality Control (Mandatory skill)
 Diploma/BE
 ISO documentation and Implementation (Mandatory skill)
 Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement them effectively
 Experienced in risk management practices to minimize potential quality issues
 Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the manufacturing industry
 Proven team leadership and people management skills
 Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and rectify quality concerns
 Effective communication skills to liaise between different departments and ensure clarity in quality standards

Roles And Responsibilities
 Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
 Monitor and oversee all stages of the production process to guarantee adherence to company quality standards
 Conduct regular quality audits and prepare comprehensive reports detailing outcomes and areas for improvement
 Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures
 Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
 Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to maintain high levels of productivity and morale
 Identify training needs and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities
