Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Executive role based in Greater Kolkata Area. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, sales, communication, and customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Job Description
Generate potential leads through tele calling.
. Generate new business through tele calling.
Fixing appointment for sales team.
Data research.
Use CRM to update all the records.
Supervise and guide a tele calling team to meet sales targets & maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions and collaborate to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
Inside Sales, Sales, and Lead Generation skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in lead management and customer relationship management software tools
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into customers
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus,
