Due to the nature of this role, the ability to work night shifts is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US business hours and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members located in different time zones.
Technical Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the technical team.
Assist project managers and engineers with project tasks, including data collection, report preparation, and documentation.
Maintain and update records. databases, and project documents.
Organize and schedule meetings with project stakeholders.
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and maintain equipment and systems.
Perform initial troubleshooting on issues reported by field engineers or clients
Involve the next level support when necessary to address issues on time and prevent further delays.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
Assist with research and development of new technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/Bcom etc.) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in call center environments, with a preference for international (inbound) call centers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Familiarity with documentation and project management methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Should be able to work in a 24/7 work environment to cater to US business hours.
Possession of certifications in Infrastructure Management such as ITIL, CCNA, or A+ is highly desirable.( Good to
