Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Motor Finance, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with clients in the motor finance industry, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the motor finance industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and partners
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business KPIs
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Proficient in. Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant business tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Knowledge of motor finance industry regulations and trends is a plus
Fluent in English and at least one other local language spoken in Bengaluru is a plus,
