Job Description:
- Good Communication skills
- Customer service or telecaller exp is must.
- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Handhold the customer once sales is booked upto sales transaction is closed
- Payment follow-ups and reminders
- Coordinate with all teams and facilitate customer with good experience on his sales transaction
- Maintain Customer database and upbreast the customer with company updates
- Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
- Always ask them for true feedback.
- Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
- Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.
- Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
Key skills for Client Relationship Management:
- Polite disposition.
- Ability of rigorous follow-up.
- The ability to communicate confidently both through speaking and writing with colleagues
- and clients.
- Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.
- Proactive.
- Thorough knowledge of products/services.
