Ethically Head the Branch Office & lead all Branch staff.
Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Managers in Direct Channel.
Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers.
To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
To motivate SMs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
Regular monitoring of SMs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs of Direct Channel for smooth functioning.
