Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python and Django, with a strong background in GraphQL, Firebase, Docker, MySQL, and GCP. As a Technical Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in all phases of the development process.
 Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and GraphQL.
 Manage databases using MySQL and implement efficient data storage and retrieval strategies.
 Oversee server deployment and management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
 Ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend services using React.
 Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure smooth deployment and scaling of applications.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Maintain version control using GIT and manage code repositories.
 Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GCP CI/CD experience is a plus).

Required Skills And Qualifications
 Proven experience in Python and Django framework.
 Strong knowledge of GraphQL and Firebase.
 Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
 Experience with MySQL databases and GCP server management.
 Expertise in React for UI development.
 Demonstrated ability in team handling and customer interactions.
