Job Description: As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the HR industry. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with HR professionals and organizations, understanding their recruitment needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and target potential clients within the HR industry
 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
 Understand client needs and provide customized recruitment solutions
 Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Goodspace's value
 Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery
 Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the HR industry
 Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment challenges
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
 Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
