The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning motion graphics to enhance our video content. This role demands a strong understanding of design principles, animation, and video production, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
 Create compelling motion graphics and animations for YouTube videos.
 Collaborate with the content creation team to conceptualize and develop visual elements that enhance storytelling.
 Design and animate graphics for intros, outros, transitions, lower thirds, and other video elements.
 Edit video content to ensure smooth integration of motion graphics.
 Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
 Maintain and organize graphic assets and project files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
 Strong understanding of animation principles and video production processes.
 Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color.
 Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into designs.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
 Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
 Experience with YouTube content creation and understanding of the platform's best practices.
 Familiarity with motion graphics templates and plugins.
 Basic knowledge of scripting and automation in After Effects.,
