Key Responsibilities
 Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
 Develop and execute sales strategies to expand client base and increase market share.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
 Identify and address client needs and provide solutions to meet their specific requirements.
 Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and revenue.
 Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Note: Fixed stipend is 5-6LPA + variable is 1.8L
