Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive the sales of our exosome product within the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the scientific and commercial aspects of the product, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in an accessible manner. This role requires a proactive self-starter with exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth for exosome products.
Engage with doctors and healthcare professionals to promote and sell exosome product, providing detailed scientific explanations and training as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of exosome technology.
Simplify complex scientific information to effectively communicate product value and benefits to non-specialist audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Science (required) and Masters degree in Science/Business (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the aesthetic industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong scientific background with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Exceptional business acumen, with demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
