Designation: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
Qualification: Graduate
CTC: 3.05 Lpa to 4 Lpa
Age: 21 to 38 Years
Work Experience: 1 to 2 Years (Sales Experienced Preffered)
Location: Indore,Khandwa,Ujjain, Shajapur
Role & Responsibilities:

Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part time employees (PTE) who will be called Financial Consultants (FC).
Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them.
Ensuring quality to business and welfare and persistency.
Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.
Providing pre and post sales service support.
Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.

 
Who can apply:

Education: Graduate
Experience: Sales Experience 1-2  years
One with pleasant personality good communication skill and a go-getter attitude.
One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets by mentoring Financial Consultants who are from varied age group and experience
