Responsibilities:
 Cultivate and nurture new partnerships with corporate clients and travel agencies to expand the resort's network and clientele, with a specific focus on Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida markets.
 Develop tailored sales strategies to penetrate key segments and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the target market.
 Lead negotiations and contract agreements with corporate accounts and travel agencies, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and revenue growth.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that resonate with the preferences and needs of the local market.
 Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, informing strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
 Represent Mango Tree Resorts at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and enhance business relationships.
 Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the senior management team.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Excellent analytical abilities to interpret sales performance metrics and market data.
 Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
 Knowledge of the local market and travel industry trends is a plus.
