Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Grex Innovation in Hyderabad for a Developer. The Developer will be responsible for front-end development, responsive web design, software development, and web development tasks. The role involves collaborating with the team to create high-quality IT solutions and applications.

Responsibilities:
 Lead the development and implementation of complex frontend features and applications.
 Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills
 Front-End Development and Web Development skills
 Responsive Web Design proficiency
 Experience in creating scalable IT solutions
 Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
 Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.
 Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements:
 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 Experience with React.js.
 Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
 Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
 Familiarity with build tools and task runners such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
 Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
