Role:
Assistant Manager, (Process and Quality)
Narrative:
This role is responsible to understand projects business requirements and support it as a process and quality excellence by reviewing Project plans, millstones, deliverables, Early warnings, risks as well identify the strengths and best practices followed.
Detail-oriented and thorough, with effective time management skills and excellent in understanding technical writing and editing skills.
Skilled in organizing various reports, reviews and information based on meeting discussion, business specifications and other available artifacts.
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders (clients, IT management and team members)
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members,
