Role Description

As a Core Java Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our MDM platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients. This role demands a deep understanding of Java, along with experience in mobile device management technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and Maintain: Design, code, test, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java-based applications for our MDM platform.
 System Integration: Integrate new features and enhancements into existing systems, ensuring seamless compatibility with various mobile devices.
 Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver features aligned with business objectives.
 Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in a timely manner.
 Security Compliance: Ensure all developments comply with industry security standards and best practices.
 Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and system upgrades.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 3+ years of experience in Core Java development.
 Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE.
 Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platforms is a plus.
 Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
 Experience in integrating with various databases (SQL/NoSQL).
 Proficiency in using development tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their management frameworks.
 Experience with agile development methodologies.
