- Your expected core competency would be to
Coordinating with concern distributors/ dealers/ Sales people regarding Service & resolving issues.
Maintain Supply Chain Process of Spare Parts with coordination with CWH Kolkata.
HQ either Patna (Preferable) / Ranchi / Jamshedpur.
Need to Travel each area every month
Problem solving attitude required.
Should have sound knowledge of Excel / Word/ PowerPoint/ Email.
Should have knowledge in dealing service of Small Appliances products like Mixer Grinder, Electric Kettle, Induction, Cooktop, Infrared.
While your additional competency which would better your chances of selection:
- Update Inward & Outward spare details in stock sheet
- Call Pending data collect from service centre and update the call pending list
- Should be able to Multiple report generate as required by Management
- Good communication skills
- Well Professionally Groomed
- Presentable skills with pleasing personality
