Role Description

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of retail and F&B brands that we can support in their fitouts. This person should come from a retail or mall management background and have solid connections at senior levels in brands and with the management teams of premium Indian malls like DLF, Pacific group, Phoenix, etc. The role also involves assisting in relationship management with malls to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of brands seeking fitout solutions.
 Leverage existing connections and build new relationships with senior-level executives in brands and mall management teams.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and mall sectors.
 Assist in managing relationships with premium malls to facilitate ongoing and future projects.
 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and build networks.
 Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
 Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Qualifications
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, retail, or mall management.
 Strong network of connections with senior-level executives in brands and premium mall management teams (e.g., DLF, Pacific group, Phoenix).
 Proven track record of successfully building and managing business pipelines.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,
