Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and support
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements:
Manage Branch Sales & Network.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Need to go on Field to meet prospective clients along with juniors / sales executive as and when needed.
Develop Lead Generation, forecasts financial objectives and business plans.
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Manage team in the branch & meet Branch Sales Target.
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Building up business by identifying new business prospects.
Fixing appointments & meeting the potential customers (Doctors, Patients, Hospitals) for association, medical camp and clinical trial.
Demonstrating and presenting product features to the customers.
Following Sales SOP and Process.
Maintaining regular Demo & Sales reports.
Working towards monthly & quarterly targets.
Build and maintain professional networks.
Monitoring the medical development of their own clients while using eMedica and get future references from them.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
B. QUALIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES(Sales Executive): -
Bachelor's / Master's degree in BA/ BCom/ BBA/ BSc or any related field.
Minimum 5 + Years of Experience as Branch Head / Wellness Centre Head
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Self-Motivated & driven by Targets.
Strong communication skills (English).
Highly Resilient.
Witty & Practical.
