We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative with a background in real estate to join our growing team! This role focuses on securing meetings with key decision-makers at real estate builder companies in Noida, Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
 Leverage your real estate knowledge and network to identify and target relevant real estate builders in the assigned territories (Noida, Gurgaon).
 Conduct thorough research to understand each builder's portfolio, target market, and current projects.
 Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate interest in our company's offerings.
 Make cold calls and connect with decision-makers (CEOs, Project Heads, Sales Directors) to schedule face-to-face meetings.
 Effectively qualify leads to ensure meetings are productive and align with our objectives.
 Prepare for meetings by gathering relevant information and crafting compelling presentations.
 Maintain accurate records of all contacts, activities, and meeting outcomes.
