Digital Marketing Associate

MindTech Services seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Pune office location (100% work from office). The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital and have a solid foundation in various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management:

- Create and manage content across various social media platforms.

- Implement strategies to increase engagement, followership, and brand awareness.

- Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

2. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and visual assets.

- Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

3. SEO and SEM:

- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines.

- Collaborate with the SEO/SEM team to implement strategies for improving organic search rankings and paid search performance.

4. Website Development :

- Collaborate with the team to create and develop the website as and needed for the clients.

- Lead and handle the technical part in process of website development using Wordpress.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals.

- Collaborate and mentor designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience in a Digital Marketing (2 to 5 years).
 Proven experience in DM, with focus on social media, email, & content creation.
 Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.,
