What Youre Going To Do Interact with customers as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to expedite requests to problem resolution Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner Utilize your creative and outside of the box thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business Build a strong knowledge of our innovative products & solutions Responsibilities Single point of contact for the Customers during order to cash cycle. Act as Customer advocate within Lutron to prioritize customer issue resolution & enhance customer satisfaction. Receive customer calls & provide necessary Information related to product selection, order status, problem resolution, etc. Follow-up on Customer Queries via E-mail in timely & professional manner. Communicate with obsolete products team whenever required Works to expedite material to meet or exceed the Customer's requirement. Process orders manually in Order processing system (E1) Work with Internal Stakeholders (Credit & Collection/ Sales/ Supply Chain/ Tech Support/ etc.) to effectively respond to Customer Problems Proactively identify and address issues or client needs Other duties as necessary Qualifications Bachelors degree with a minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or a minimum percentage of 60% Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a previous customer service role Experience managing customer service in voice process role Demonstrated computer skills Excellent verbal communication, Interpersonal, Analytical Skills & highly proactive in approach Strong customer service skills Lutron Electronics position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
