- Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Servicing Executive to join our creative marketing agency. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of their digital marketing campaigns. Your role will encompass various responsibilities including social media management, performance marketing, and coordinating tech development projects.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting, and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance client's online presence and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, display advertising, email marketing).
Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Coordinate Tech Development Projects:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) to coordinate tech development projects.
Oversee the development of brand websites, mobile apps, cloud apps, or other digital assets.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably within a creative digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience or knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Familiarity with web development processes and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.,
