Lead Generation Process International BPO

below are the mentioned requirement.
Lead Generation Process- Sales- B2B (BANT / NON BANT): 
- No VNA round (HR & Ops) 
- International Sales experience required
- Domestic sales process is acceptable if communication skills are strong 
- Retentions experience is also considered 
- International B2B sales experience 
 - Salary: Upto 30,000 
 - Shift: 24/5 shift 
 - Week Off: Sat/Sun - fixed off 
- BANT- (specific BANT experience required- international)
Canadian Soft Collections - Blended
 - Experience: HSC/Graduate with min 6 months of any international experience 
 - Salary: Upto 24,000 pm + variable incentives (2,000 + 1,000) 
 - Shift: Rotational night shift 
 - Week Off: 2 rotational WO 
- Age Criteria- Upto 35 years
Collections: 
- Experience in either 1st party or 3rd party US collections mandatory 
- Salary upto 40k (including incentives)
- Shift- Rotational night shift / Fixed night shift
- Week Off- 2 Rotational WO / Sat & Sun Fixed Off
"Verification Process 
- Selection process: HR VNA Operations Client Round 
- Maximum salary: Upto 30,000 
- Experience required: Graduate/HSC with good communication skills + international verification experience or international customer service experience 
- Fixed shift (6:30pm to 4:30am)
- Fixed weekends off
