Lead Software Developer - React js

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and proven experience in managing a development team. This role requires excellent coding skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-quality web applications.

Responsibilities
 Expertise in designing and creating scalable high-performance Web applications
 Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready code.
 Build, own & maintain infrastructure. Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency because youll have exposure to very sensitive customer information
 Being passionate about UI/UX
 Ability to work independently and plan your own solutions to problems
 Excellent ability to priorities & communicates in a fast-paced environment
 Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Next js
 Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
 Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Skills Required
 Strong Java Scripts Fundamentals, Component driven designs, and standard web technologies.
 Good working knowledge of GIT version control
 Good hands-on experience with JavaScript package managers (npm, yarn)
 Experience in building Micro frontends
 Knowledge on implementation of server-side rendering
