IT DELIVERY ANALYST

Position (Designation): IT Delivery Analyst - R&D

Dept/Division: Business Process Transformation - IT

Grade: Junior Manager Level

Location: Marico (MARKS), Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary:-

The IT Delivery Analyst will lead digitization projects within R&D, overseeing planning, execution, and successful delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring the system delivered meets business needs and aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields; a Masters degree or relevant certification is a plus

4+ years of proven experience in IT systems implementation and support within FMCG or FMCD sectors, with preference for PLM and SAP experience

Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and risk management

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for generating insights for senior management

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA) and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred

Key Deliverables:-

Gathering business requirements and converting into Functional Specification documents

Interacting with vendors and business stakeholders daily to successfully deliver tasks and meet deadlines

Collaborate with SAP stakeholders, leveraging expertise in MM, PO, QM modules to integrate SAP harmoniously with R&D systems (including PLM)

Perform detailed impact analysis, develop and execute IT test cases for new business scenarios, PLM, and IT applications

Contribute to process and technology advancement through insights from past project experiences and competitor benchmarking

Upwards: IT Product Manager  R&D

Downwards: NA

Other Key Functional Interface

Different functions within Marico especially  R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and SAP team
