Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new SEO projects and Web Development projects.

Please Note: 9 months to 1.5 years of experience in "Upwork Bidding" is mandatory.

Responsibilities :
 Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets in the SEO domain and Web Development domain.
 Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their SEO requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
 Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids to clients.
 Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
 Collaborate with the SEO team and Web Development team to create customized strategies and solutions for clients.
 Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements :
 Proven experience in business development or sales with a focus on SEO projects and Web Development Projects.
 Strong understanding of SEO concepts, strategies, and best practices.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
 Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
