Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities in textile printing.

- Maintain client relationships and explore upselling.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop expertise in textile printing and products.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competition.

Sales Process Management:

- Manage sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Implement efficient sales processes and pipeline management.

Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

- Address client needs promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Analyze sales data for insights and improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Sales experience in textile printing industry required.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in ERP CRM software and sales tools.

- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.

- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.

- Local language proficiency necessary.
