Job Description:

Red & White Multimedia Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX & Graphics Design Faculty to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong background in UI/UX and Graphics Design, and the ability to inspire and mentor students.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive classes on UI/UX and Graphics Design principles.

Develop and deliver curriculum that aligns with industry standards and emerging trends.

Provide hands-on guidance and support to students in practical design projects.

Assess and evaluate student work, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in UI/UX and Graphics Design.

Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience.

Participate in institute events, workshops, and seminars.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in UI/UX Design, Graphics Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
