Design and Social Media Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a smart, proactive, and creative individual to join our team as a Multi-Tasking Creative Assistant. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with minimal work experience who is eager to learn and grow with us. You will assist in various aspects of the business, primarily focusing on designing, social media management, and generating new ideas to help us scale.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in the design and development of clothing items.
 Generate innovative ideas for brand growth and marketing strategies.
 Manage social media posts, including recording and editing videos. including writing captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
 Help in production-related tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
 Support in any other tasks as required to ensure the success of the brand.
 Assist in organizing and executing photoshoots.
 Generate innovative ideas for brand growth.
 Contact celebrity stylists and PR to pitch our brand.
 Communicate and build relationships with influencers.
 Support various other tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
 A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
 Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
 Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
 Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
 Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
 Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
 Basic video recording and editing skills.
 Passionate about fashion and eager to learn and grow in a startup environment.
 Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
