Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. This role requires a versatile individual with a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content creation, social media management, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and be comfortable engaging with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
2. Cold Calling: Identify potential customers and initiate outbound calls to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain a record of calls and follow-ups.
3. Lead Generation: Utilize digital channels and cold calling to generate and qualify leads. Track and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
4. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
5. SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content and structure, improving organic search rankings. Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
6. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends. Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
7. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
9. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Provide feedback and support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
10. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform marketing strategies.
