- 1. Prospect and develop leads to generate new life insurance business.
2. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the client's financial objectives, risk tolerance and family situation.
3. Present a comprehensive range of life insurance products tailored to each client's specific needs.
4. Explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
5. Nurture strong relationships with clients and the community to understand and meet their financial aspirations.
6. Provide ongoing customer service and ensure client satisfaction with their policies.
7. Maintain accurate and complete client records in accordance with company policies.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new life insurance products and regulatory requirements.
9. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
