This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and client relations within the recruitment industry. The role involves working on leads, telecalling, and supporting the team in expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals. Telecalling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services, understand their hiring needs, and schedule meetings. Client Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, maintaining client databases, and organizing meetings. Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
