    Job Title: Sales Manager Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing new distribution channels, and managing relationships with existing distributors for our ice cream products. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and direct engagement with distributors and retailers to maximize sales and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports. Distributor Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to expand the companys market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and performance. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with distributors. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales objectives. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and support. Organize training sessions to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new regions for market expansion. Develop market entry strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns. Sales Operations: Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to inform decision-making. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with distributors or customers. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Conduct regular visits to distributors and retail outlets to assess market conditions and support sales activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Ice-cream industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse market trends and sales data. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel frequently. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and planning. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
