Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager (D2C) Location: Bengaluru, India Company: Estilocus Salary Range: 15L Experience Required: 4-5 years Job Summary: We're seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager at Estilocus in Bengaluru to elevate our digital marketing efforts. If you're passionate about performance marketing and skilled at creating compelling campaigns across Meta Ads, Google, and other platforms (paid, organic, and affiliate), we'd love to connect with you! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into data, optimizing campaigns, and finding innovative ways to engage with our audience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze data and insights, and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns for paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Full-Funnel Analysis & Optimization: Analyze the website's full-funnel metrics, from add-to-cart (A2C) to cart-to-checkout (C2C) and Implement strategies to improve conversion rates (CR). Enhance the overall customer journey and customer retention % as well. Content & Retention Marketing: Develop and execute content and retention marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and foster customer loyalty. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights. Use data-driven insights to optimize ad campaigns for better ROI and provide regular reports on key metrics. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and interests. Develop targeted campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Creative and Content Collaboration: Work with the creative and content team to develop engaging ad creatives and content that align with brand guidelines. Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Organic Growth: Implement strategies to drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with significant ROI. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in the e-commerce/D2C industry. Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, email marketing). Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Shopify and CRM systems. Experience with retention marketing techniques, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation.,
