Role Definition / Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the Biopharma/ Life science market, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the biopharma/ life science industry.
Develop marketing plans that support the launch and growth of biopharma/ life science products.
Product Launches
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including market analysis, positioning, and promotional strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions.
Campaign Management:
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the companys biopharma/ life science brand through consistent messaging and visual identity.
Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and communications.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the medical and regulatory teams to develop compliant, engaging, and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, medical journals, social media, and email marketing.
Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and promotional products.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the biopharma/ life science industry.
Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for growth.
KOL Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders in the biopharma/ life science industry.
Coordinate KOL engagement activities and events.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and guidelines, including FDA and EMA requirements
Key competencies
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the Biotechnology/ Life Science industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
Strong understanding of Biotechnology/ Life Science regulatory requirements and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in [specific pharmaceutical area, e.g., oncology, cardiology] is a plus
Education
Master's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus.,
