Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Executive-Client Servicing to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. Well rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our companys positive image. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, youll maintain strong relationships with our companys clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: 1.Understand client needs and develop plans to address them. 2.Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships. 3.Approach potential clients to establish relationships. Client Support: 1.Resolve client complaints quickly and effectively. 2.Promote high-quality sales, supply, and client service processes. 3.Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts Sales and Marketing Collaboration: 1.Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team. 2.Work with sales and marketing teams to build rapport with customers Competitive Analysis: 1.Gain solid knowledge of competitors. 2.Develop strategies to outperform competition Key Result Areas (KRA): Client Retention: 1.Achieve a client retention rate of 90% or higher. 2.Successfully renew 85% of client contracts annually Client Satisfaction: 1.Maintain a client satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5 or higher. 2.Resolve 95% of client complaints within 24 hours Revenue Growth 1.Identify and forward at least 10 upselling and cross-selling opportunities per quarter. 2.Contribute to a 15% increase in sales revenue from existing clients annually New Client Acquisition: 1.Establish relationships with at least 5 new potential clients per quarter. 2.Convert at least 20% of potential clients into active clients annually Process Improvement: 1.Implement at least 3 new high-quality sales, supply, and client service processes annually. 2.Achieve a 10% increase in efficiency in client service processes annually Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication skills. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships. Teamwork and leadership skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Experience of 2.5-3+ years in client relations.
