Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join our B2B sales team. As an ASM, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your designated geographical area to achieve specific business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within B2B organizations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team is on track with their sales goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, marketing campaigns, and materials that drive sales growth.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in [mention your industry/niche].
