Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating motion graphics, producing and editing videos, designing graphics, and producing high-quality animations. The Motion Graphic Designer will also work closely with the creative team to produce visually stunning and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Storyboarding
 Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and client requirements.
 Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.

Motion Graphics Production
 Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that align with project goals.
 Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce visually appealing content.

Collaboration and Communication
 Collaborate with designers, animators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
 Communicate project progress, ideas, and challenges effectively within the team.

Client Interaction
 Present concepts and designs to clients and incorporate feedback to refine the final deliverables.
 Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work that meets their expectations.

Project Management
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
 Organize and maintain project files and assets efficiently.

Qualifications
 Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills
 Video Production experience, including shooting, editing, and post-production
 Graphic Design and Graphics skills, including typography, composition, and color theory
 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
 Excellent eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency in design elements
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
 Experience with 3D software, such as Cinema 4D, is a plus
 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Video Production, or related field
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
