Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Dura Conveyor Belting Pvt Ltd in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
The candidate should be open to touring the eastern and southern parts of India.
He should have hands-on industry experience in cement plants, power, ports, mining, etc.
Qualifications:
Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
Market Analysis and Business Opportunity Identification skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and Team Management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
