Job Description

The role will be lead generation, finding leads from various sources, bidding, and responsibilities of business development.

Send emails, and campaigns and generate target-based leads per month with conversion with the help of the BD Team.

Good communication skills are required with experience in web development, sales, and lead generation.

Should be proactive and hard-working.

Should be able to work within the team of BD Executives.

Should have worked in the PHP Domain like WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, Node, Angular, and other related frameworks.

Education background with IT/CE diploma, bachelor or master is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Identifying Potential Clients

Generating Leads through Various Channels (Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Networking)

Understanding Client Requirements for Web Development/Design Projects

Pitching Services and Solutions to Prospective Clients

Building Sales Pipelines

Conducting Product/Service Presentations

Collaborating with the Sales Team for Client Engagement

Maintaining Relationships with Existing Clients

Utilising CRM Tools for Lead Tracking and Management

Achieving Sales Targets and Goals

Keeping Abreast of Industry Trends for Effective Lead Generation Strategies

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM Software and other tools of sourcing (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)

Understanding of Web Development and Design Terminologies

Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)

Understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing Concepts

Proficiency in Email Marketing Tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

Basic Graphic Design Knowledge (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)

Familiarity with Social Media Platforms for Marketing Purposes
