 Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
 Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
 Conduct meetings to review progress and gather feedback.
 Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
 Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Content Creation and Management
 Research trends and preferences to create engaging content.
 Manage a content calendar for consistent publication.
 Edit and proofread content for accuracy and brand alignment.
 Engage with the audience to build a community.
 Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
 Conduct market research and develop buyer personas.
 Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.
 Stay updated with digital marketing trends.
 Experiment with new channels and tactics for audience engagement.

Social Media Management
 Create and curate engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
 Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads.
 Engage with followers and foster a sense of community.
 Collaborate with influencers and other brands.
 Adjust strategies based on platform algorithm changes.

Analytics and Reporting
 Set up and maintain tracking systems for campaign data.
 Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
 Present findings to stakeholders clearly.
 Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Qualifications
Education
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are highly desirable.

Experience
 Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, including campaign development and management.
 Demonstrated success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
 Multiple client management in digital marketing area
