Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager with a strong background in the jewelry manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing customer relationships, with a proven track record of fostering strong client connections, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support for product recommendations, order processing, and follow-ups.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with relevant departments to implement necessary changes.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction metrics, feedback trends, and relationship management activities to senior management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewelry products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role within the jewelry manufacturing industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Deep understanding of the jewelry industry, including market trends and customer preferences.
