About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Python Django Developer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Django development, with a keen interest in AI and Machine Learning as an added advantage. You will work on developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django.
 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
 Design and implement high-performance applications, ensuring responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
 Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
 Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
 Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
 Work with databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
 Implement security and data protection measures in applications.
 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 3 years of experience in Python development.
 Strong experience with Django framework.
 Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
 Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
 Solid understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
 Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
 Understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
 Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts and frameworks.
 Experience with data processing libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas).
 Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
