We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in
achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base in the real
estate sector, specifically in apartment, villa, and plot development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, RERA
knowledge, and the ability to meet sales goals while maintaining
strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and
increase revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate sales deals and ensure timely closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Utilize CRM software and MS Office to manage sales data and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
