Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of customer success strategies tailored to the visitor management system's users. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or coursework related to customer success or client management. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Basic understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies.
